1. Purpose
These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Obzo Studio and any client placing an order on the website www.obzostudio.com using the contact form.

2. Services
Obzo Studio offers Graphic Design, Motion Design and 3D Design and Animation services.
Each service is detailed on the website and the pricing is detailed in a custom quote.

3. Pricing
Prices are stated in euros (€), including taxes (incl. VAT).
Obzo Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable will be those in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders
Orders are validated upon acceptance of a signed quote and payment of a deposit.
Orders become final only after written confirmation by Obzo Studio.

5. Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe payment link.
Late payments may result in penalties in accordance with applicable law.

6. Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates.
Obzo Studio cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events or third parties.

7. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the service.
In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before initiating legal proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property
Obzo Studio retains copyright over all creations until full payment for the services is received.

9. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the location of Obzo Studio’s headquarters.
